Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Used for our core application hosting, database, and infrastructure.
Google Gemini API: Used for the AI analysis of your uploaded documents. Your project data is sent to this service for processing.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal and project information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Apex Estimate application (the "Service") operated by Apex Estimate ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. User-Generated Content

Our Service allows you to upload and process documents ("Project Data"). You are responsible for the Project Data that you upload to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You retain any and all of your rights to any Project Data you submit, and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Apex Estimate does not warrant that the results of using the Service will meet your requirements or be completely error-free. The output of the AI is intended as an assistant, and all final estimates should be reviewed for accuracy by a qualified professional.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who owns the data I upload?

You do. As stated in our Terms of Service, you retain any and all rights to the Project Data you submit. We treat your uploaded blueprints and generated estimates as your confidential and proprietary information.

Is my project data used to train your AI?

We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and the overall service. No personally identifiable information or specific, proprietary project data that could identify you or your client will be used for training without your explicit consent.

How secure is my information?

We take security very seriously. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures, including data encryption and secure cloud infrastructure from Google Cloud Platform, to help protect your information.

What about the intellectual property of my blueprints?

The intellectual property of your uploaded documents and the resulting estimates remains yours. We act as a service provider to process your data. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your IP, and it is protected under the confidentiality terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
